Dried to a documented normal.

After the water is out, the structure still has to dry, and that is where most long-term water problems are won or lost. Wit Restoration dries the affected building materials with a controlled combination of air movement and dehumidification, sized to the actual conditions of your job.
We take moisture readings at the start to establish how wet things are and what a dry target looks like for your materials. Then we monitor daily, record the readings, and adjust the equipment as the structure dries. Drying is finished when the materials reach that target, not because a set number of days have passed.
A floor or wall can feel dry on the surface while the material underneath is still holding water. That is why we measure instead of guessing, and why we do not pull equipment early just because a deadline arrived. When the readings say it is dry, we document the completion and remove the equipment.
How it works
Our process
Simple, careful, and clear from start to finish.
- 01
Measure & set targets
We record starting moisture levels and establish the dry target for your specific materials.
- 02
Set the drying system
Air movers and dehumidifiers are placed and sized for the affected area and conditions.
- 03
Monitor daily
We check and log readings each day and adjust equipment as things dry down.
- 04
Verify & document
When materials hit the target, we record completion and remove the equipment.
