Not every water problem is obvious, and not every damp spot needs a full drying job. Sometimes you just need to know how far the water went and whether it is a problem. Wit Restoration offers a stand-alone moisture inspection so you can decide with real information instead of a guess.
We trace the likely source, check the affected areas with moisture meters, and use thermal imaging as a screening aid to find where water may have traveled under flooring or inside walls. Thermal imaging points us to suspect spots; we confirm the actual moisture with meters, because a warm or cool area on a camera is a clue, not a reading.
You get a straight assessment: what we found, where it is wet, and whether it needs mitigation, monitoring, or nothing at all. If it does need drying, we can explain the scope and move into that work. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
