A leak in a commercial space is a business problem as much as a building problem. Wit Restoration handles water mitigation for manageable commercial properties, offices, retail units, and rental or multi-unit properties, using the same inspect, extract, dry, and document process we use for homes.
Commercial work adds coordination. We work through the owner, property manager, or whoever is authorized to approve the work, agree on which areas we can occupy, and schedule around your hours and access as much as the drying allows. Communication and documentation are part of the job, not an afterthought.
We are honest about capacity. We take on losses that fit our actual equipment and staffing. We do not claim hospital, industrial, high-rise, or catastrophe-scale capability, and if a loss is beyond what we can properly handle we will say so rather than stretch. You reach us at the same number and go through the same intake as any other call.
